Account deletion

Herely (by AIPeople Private Limited) lets you delete your account and associated personal data.

In the app (preferred)

  1. Open Herely and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings / Account.
  3. Choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

There is a short recovery window after you request deletion (described in our Privacy Policy). After that, account data is removed from our systems except records we must keep by law (for example limited billing records).

By email

If you cannot use the app, email support@getherely.com from the address on your Herely account and ask to delete the account. We may verify ownership before processing.
